Culture defines us all in many ways. In the present era, a mixture of culture can observe everywhere. As an individual existing in this world we need to know more about culture to survive. Geographically speaking, it shows that the number of places contributes to the differences of people. As a human being and a member of the highest form of creature on the planet, there is a responsibility to preserve and promote our own culture.

According to Brinkershoff (1995), "Culture as the total way of life shared by the members of a society". The definition speaks all the functions of culture. The important role of culture portrayed by tangible process that man does and intrinsic knowledge and skills learned by him. In addition, Horton and Hunt (1984), stated that culture " Is an elaborate system of standard expected ways of feeling and acting which the members of society generally acknowledge and generally follow". I totally agree, that there are rules or standards of behavior expected of us to be followed in certain situations.

For many instances all cultures composed of  different components that are necessary for members of society to competently participate in social life and interactions. First, culture provides a stock of knowledge – a cognitive component – that is a basic foundation for social behavior. Culture also comprises elements necessary for the maintenance of integration and conformity in society – a normative component that is, ways of specifying the correct ways of thinking and behaving and of defining morality.

There is no permanent in this world except change. Culture is not exempted to change. Some reasons for cultural change: economic, political, environmental, and of course, technological factors joining forces to form a cultural change. In the present situation, We are currently experiencing vast  social and cultural changes on a global scale. The three processes affects the cultural change are the following: diffusion, invention and discovery. These three broad cultural processes of cultural change can trigger specific social processes such as cultural lag and cultural integration.

Complicated definitions of culture can confuse you if you miss important details. To make it simple, culture is a natural way of life as long as you practice it right. Human beings are not born with cultural patterns encoded into their DNA. Culture is the entire way of life of a society as well as all its products.
We live together and culture will stay forever.
